SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $6.95
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.00
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100
International Shipping We currently ship to USA. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7-21 business days.
Please note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through [USPS/UPS/FedEx/your carrier].
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
